Recruitment Information
Values-based recruitment, which is practiced by all National Panhellenic Conference organizations, focuses on meaningful conversations between collegiate members and Potential New Members with the goal of recruiting women who will have a positive impact on chapters and the Panhellenic community. When a chapter uses Pi Phi's six core values as the foundation on which they recruit their members, a focus is placed on conversation and creating a sincere connection with each woman that walks through the door.
What Pi Beta Phi stands for is not a secret! Our values are included in our mission statement, our tagline and throughout our Ritual. Examples of Pi Phis living our values in their daily life can be found all over our social media, The Arrow® and throughout each chapter.
Are you an alumna interested in recommending a Potential New Member for membership in this chapter? Please visit www.pibetaphi.org/recruitment to find the Recruitment Information Form, the Legacy Introduction Form and Pi Beta Phi's national legacy policy.
Are you a Potential New Member looking for a recommendation for membership for this chapter? Please email recruitment@pibetaphi.org to be connected with an alumna in your area!
